Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

At Royal Flush Mobile Restroom Rental, we value our clients and aim to ensure satisfaction with every rental experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and we're here to accommodate as best we can. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Reservation Deposit

• To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking.

• This deposit helps cover the initial administrative and logistical preparations for your rental.

2. Cancellations

• 30+ Days Before Event Date: Full refund of any payments made, excluding the reservation deposit.

• 7 to 15 Days Before Event Date: 50% refund of the total rental fee (reservation deposit remains non-refundable).

• 0 to 7 Days Before Event Date: No refund of the total rental fee, as we cannot rebook the trailer on short notice.

3. Rescheduling

• You may request a one-time reschedule of your booking at least 15 days before your event date. We will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.

• Any subsequent date changes may incur additional fees.

4. Service Issues

• In the rare event of any service-related issues caused by Royal Flush Mobile Restroom Rental, please notify us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and will work with you to determine a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund or discount on future rentals.

5. Weather Policy

• Royal Flush Mobile Restroom Rentals operates rain or shine. However, in the event of extreme or unsafe weather conditions, please contact us to discuss rescheduling options. Refunds due to weather cancellations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
